Our job is to design, manufacture and distribute quality pastries, by combining our family know-how with our industrial dimension.
We offer a large selection of Fruit Cakes , pre-sliced, in different formats, weights and recipes. Our Rum Baba is available in different presentations, in the grocery store or ultra fresh. Our Pancakes, filled with chocolate, strawberry or plain, individually wrapped, will find their place in the PLS or viennoiserie department.

Our quality department participates in the development and control of our manufacturing processes. We rigorously select our ingredients and our suppliers in the design of our pastries.
